Both are illegal many places and shouldn't be. Is that irony or tyranny?

You could compare and contrast many such tyrannical ironies - Wild Turkey 101 proof vs. Raw Milk , Raising Pit Bulls vs. Chickens in the burbs . We could do this all day . As a matter of fact I do , its an inner game I play to cope. " Oh sure , You can spray 100's of gallons of glycol phosphate yearly , but I can't sell a chicken off my organic pasture !"
