From this thread:
https://permies.com/t/169516/quit-Amazon-alternatives#1330894

For the price of the box, I got green seedless grapes, grapefruits, haas avocados, baby broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, celery, acorn squash, green cabbage, yellow onions, and a free organic mayo.

They were out of avocados so those are gone.

I've put the brussels sprouts and broccoli in the freezer.

I have nibbled on the grapes until they are almost gone.

I am looking for suggestions on what to do with the rest.

Does anyone have a favorite recipe for these ingredients?

grapefruit- cut in half, sprinkle with sugar, and either run it under the broiler or hit it with the blowtorch til the sugar caramelizes, and you've got a fabulous snack/breakfast/dessert. There are great cakes and such to make with grapefruit but I honestly think you can't beat it caramelized.

I am making a lot of fresh salads with thin-sliced but crunchy celery, a mustard vinaigrette, and canned sardines. Onion too. Sounds odd, but I get my omegas and it's fancy.

This sounds strange but you won't believe how fabulous this simple sauce can be drizzled over steamed veggies:  mix curry powder with organic mayo to taste. Cut into bite-sized chunks then blanch or steam veggies. Serve artfully drizzled sauce over veggies on brown rice with more curry sauce on the side. Or serve veggies as an appetizer with the dip. Amazing!

Roasted cauliflower is delicious! Brussels sprouts are, too, though they need to be slow roasted till they're almost black.

I also love an Indonesian-style cabbage salad, gado-gado, like coleslaw but with a peanut-based sate sauce. Really easy way to make a delicious sauce is hummus, peanut butter, and sweet chilli sauce, thinned with enough water to make a nice thick sauce consistency. The Indonesia style is served with halved hard-boiled eggs. I just sprinkle with pepitas.  That sauce is also excellent with roasted veggies.

Tereza, Amy and Jane, Thank you!

Broil grapefruit is a childhood reminder so that is definitely something I will have.

The curry mayo is a must to try.

Indonesian-style cabbage is something I will have to try, with peanut butter hummus sauce. Sounds yummy.

I've been eating a lot of squash recently on my diet. My favourite recipe right now is a piece of chorizo sausage diced and fired in a pan for a minute or two, to get the flavour out. Then fry thin slices of squash gently in the pan for ten minutes or so until they are cooked and softened.
