Now that the snow seems to start melting, we see arising our fruit
trees. I took a trip around the garden and notice no major lost. All the 7 fruits trees planted last year seems in good shape except for a couple of broken branches du to the snow. Only 5 vines out 123 had been eaten by field mouses. Not bad. And the 25 trees planted as wind breaker also seems to have survive. Only a little bit of rust on a couple of spruce. Can't wait to see the fruits trees that I tryed to rooted by planting them in the graden as braches.
Also when I cut the branches of my plum trees that were brocken by snow, I put them in
water until I can plant them in the garden. Couldn't bare throuwing them away .
How's your trees doing?
