I came across away to use foam to fill the cavity space between the outside brick on a older home. It kinda seams alittle costly tho but I"m wondering if it would be worth it in the long run. I have a 1920's home which is Block on the inside.outside walls and brick on the outside with about a 3 inch cavity top to bottom. I would love to fill that cavity. Does anyone have any other suggestions for this. Thanks... You guy's are awesome.

If you have a brick wall, you can toss out their "reduce exterior noise by 80%" claim. The high mass of the brick already does a very good job of reducing the noise. The only way it makes it into your home now is really via the windows.
