I am one of the lucky people on this planet to have IBS and a plethora of other food allergies/intolerances.
It means that I can only eat carrots, potatoes, tuscan kale and small amounts of pumpkin.
This makes cultivation easy, not a lot of varities to grow (I also have purple and red carrots to get some colors in the mix), and my fat source is olive oil and chiaseed oil.
However, this leaves proteins. I really want to be able to grow all food myself, and for me rice protein (and possible pumpkin seed protein) is the only option for me.
(intolerenance for protein rich vegetables, allergic to whey and soy protein, red meats, chicken-like meats, and I do not eat pork)
But, .... How can I extract this myself at home? Does anyone have
experience with this? It sounds so easy "separate the soluable rice protein from the rice")
If not, rabbit meat is my only remaining option.
