question about pdc/atc download

I purchased the pdc +atc.  Trying to download the content and cannot figure it out.  I have a degree in computer science... shouldnt be having any problems.  How on earth do you download the videos?  I keep getting brought to different threads that want me to repay different amounts after I have already paid.  

I do not have internet access at my house and must travel long distances.

Did you buy streaming access only? Or one of the download options?

It looks like you bought the streaming version.

In the forum for the streaming version, there is an option to upgrade to a downloadable version.

Oh I thought there were only three options.  Pdc, pdc+atc, and atc.  So if I understand you correctly, after purchasing, i must pay again to download it ($200 or $300)  in addition to the $65 I already paid?  I dont have internet at home, so online doesnt do me any good. Wish I would have had/known all the options to choose at the beginning.
