Hi  Pals,....I  live in Easton PA.  I'm new here.  I  have a garden and chickens.  I'm interested in wood stoves and rocket stoves.  Any ideas on getting started?

I  got a permaculture design done on my yard a few years ago.  I  planted vegetables and trees and I like it.  I'm trying to be more self sufficient now.  I'm making compost and I'm going to get a wood chip drop.  Now I'm interested in rocket stoves and wood stoves for a back up energy source that is affordable and efficient.

I'm also interested in other topics.  It would be great to meet like minded people close by as well.

Welcome, Walter!!! My mother moved to Easton a few years ago, so every year I head up there to visit, check out what's new on the organic farm front, and eat all the local small-batch ice cream I can find! Lovely country.
Sounds like you have a nice start.
For rocket stoves and heaters, have a gander here- https://permies.com/c/7
on the bar on the right you'll see the links for the forums, have a stroll around and see what piques your interest!

It looks like it's time for me to write you a reality check! Or maybe a tiny ad!
A rocket mass heater is the most sustainable way to heat a conventional home
