Ahhhhh Spring

Living in what was once mostly hardwood forest, with a lot of oaks, it's POLLEN season.  These silly trees are true rascals, pollinating everything in sight.  No matter the color of your car and everything else outside, it now has a green/yellow tint.  

I seem to have a year round sinus issue (very mild) unlike many people I know, who are suffering now.  It will be better in a few weeks, I use the old N-95 mask while outside working it helps some (I think)!

You can eat corn, and corn pollen. You eat acorns, can you eat oak pollen?

I looked it up and only found lots and lots of articles about "surviving" oak pollen season. ~~So, does anyone know, can you use/eat/season with oak tree pollen?

Jim, the pollen is falling so thick here, I can have a qt baggie filled for you by the weekend if you would like to try!  I'm sure that I eat plenty while using the leaf blower, I have standards I'll only clear the drive and sidewalk once per day!!!
