Hmm, I'm afraid it doesn't look good for your baby peach tree. It looks to me like it might have gotten a fungal disease from overwatering and lack of drainage, but that's just a guess. Are there drainage holes in that container? How cold did it get when you were gone?
If you have any more peach seeds, now would be a good time to start them.

trees, by contrast, often don't last long and have more disease problems.
