I make Tea of 100% apple tree leaves.  It tastes so good.    the spring time leaves are best.  does anyone else enjoy this kind of tea?    I have also made tea from chips of the bark and the wood of the apple tree it also is good tasting.  Mike

YES!
Apple leaves are wonderful.

I sometimes go out with a gathering basket and collect a small handful of whatever is around.
One very hot and dry  time there was not much; but the crabapple leaves were right at my eye level, so I tried them.

Pine needles taste delicious too... and they do not taste like pine resin either.
and of course black berry leaves and strawberry and etc...

thank you for mentioning this.
