Hi

Been awhile since I posted...

I'm trying to get out of town and onto some land. I'm in Central Oklahoma, and need to not be too awful far from the metro area-because of possible work, and family.

Anyways, I'm on Section 8-which is gov rental assistance, so I'm looking for some one to rent land from in a couple of years-got to get a vehicle first-on a sort of rent to own deal.
(Libertarians need to not make snide remarks)

No, not interested in a communal thing-I've got a friend who wants to start one, but she doesn't want anyone to play music loud, or set off fireworks on the forth, or have loud rowdy people over-well, that leaves me out, on all counts. Besides which, I dont want to be told what to do every stinking minute of the live long damned day.

So, anyone here who might be interested in gaining a good responsible steady tenant, I'm hoping for 5 acres but will work with less, I need to have a well and sepic on it, I will provide housing-I have to keep monthly rent-including insurance if required and a small add-on each month to be used to cover the property taxes-top $350 a month. $300 a month would be better.

Again, this is a couple of years down the line, as I have got to get a car or pickup first.

Thanks
Leigh

I've been thinking, and someone-single or a couple-who wanted to form a business partnership with me, in order to get land, would work well too. Same deal though, I would have to rent my part, until/unless I can get on my feet and off Section 8. Totally separate sections-staked out and fenced. And it would be strictly business-no bedding going on.
