My hen isn't moving she's just about 6 months she won't move at all. About 30 minutes ago I checked on her and she can't pick up her head anymore I moved her away from the rest of the flock in case what's wrong with her is contagious. When I checked on her I found that her poo is a green with white stringy stuff. Any Ideas what's wrong with her? We have 12 other chickens in the flock and none of the others show any signs of sickness.

I never saw that before, so I don't know. But here is a resource that might help: Poultry diseases Otherwise I suggest a vet?

Without being able to look her over and from your info, sounds like intestinal worms. Catch some of the other chickens to see if they May be poor (underweight and thin breasted). Chickens have this unique ability for one or two to have some malady while the rest of the crew shows no affect whatsoever, but all chickens should be on a good worming regimen.
