Dual sim tablet is what worked for me..also lesser known as phablet (what happens when you leave a phone and a tablet together in the winter when theres a power outqage).
I got mine on E-bay it works here in the uk fine and uses the large multi sim card. the brand name on the box is xgody a quick look on ebay found similar
