We just moved to Pima County and wish to do Cob as well [we're zoned RH and outside city limits of both Marana and Tucson] but we're having issues with bumping into building restrictions such as permits and we're both quite unsure [other than a concrete pad] on what we would legally need to build a cob home an inspector would approve of. We also apparently have to create detailed blueprints as well 😮💨 could anyone help us maneuver and decipher what the legal restrictions would put is at?
