I have the Country Living Mill that most these days have. I don’t see how I could use a drill with it.

I would like to keep it mechanical if I can. :)

I got a spare handle for a hand crank grain mill and cut the business end off with a hack saw.  By chucking that piece up in a cordless drill I could turn the mill quite easily.  The only risk was making sure I held the drill at the right angle so it didn't put a side load on the mill and wear it out prematurely.

Has anyone mechanized their hand crank mill other than pedal power? I’m borrowing a pedal powered country living mill right now and I’m trying to decide how to mechanize mine. I’m finding, as a mom of many boys, that I am pulled away from my pioneer spinning class too often and can barely get enough flour milled & sifted for my two recipes. :)

Not to mention...I’m quite light headed...lol
