hey. looking for basic info for an electric power dummy on using a battery to power a simple food cart. battery will only be used to power a string of lights, speakers, and a toaster oven (or some sort of horizontal toaster). can i probably use some sort of high capacity 12v battery, an inverter like you plug into a car and then just plug stuff in? will be a small cart pulled by another vehicle.
