If your steps are strong, you and one other person can walk the stove up put a towel down and scoot once it's in. Or put a strong board down, lay it down, then jack the bottom end up to it's level with the top of the stairs. If you don't have the extant level of physical conditioning to do this, there's got to be others who do.

I douse bamboo menses inserts with peroxide before washing as usual. If I have a lot of laundry to do and heavy items besides, I like to wear an upper back brace or a strapped half-corset.

Red raspberry leaf is a powerful women's herb. Drinking red raspberry tea or taking capsules daily tones the uterus and expedites the shedding of an old lining in addition to relieving pain. Performs the same function for childbirth. This contraction stimulation leads to stronger orgasms as well.

For chinampas in a zone 6 wetland with a growing season of roughly 117 days. I’m thinking of playing around with some short season cold weather corn varieties, stinging nettle, various berries, barley, perhaps some flax.

What options do I have besides wood for natural building in south central Alaska? Is stone abundant? Provided I bring in straw, does the soil lend itself at all to cob? I'm just sounding out options here. I presently live in the lowest part of Arizona and am sick to death of the sun, heat, salty earth and salty water. One thing we do have here is many rocks/boulders of all shapes and sizes, as well as clay. Stonework and adobe are what I'm most experienced with.

Heavy clay here. I wait for it to be dry, then use a tamping rod. Works very well. Mix some organic matter into your displaced soil, dig a hole three times the size of your root ball then dig out wider/shallow. Plant your tree high with a berm raised around the outermost edges of your shallow margins. Mulch this shallow area very heavily. Make sure your root flare is exposed.

I get vertigo from my left ear. Can't tilt my head backwards or to the left side.

If you're going to be sewing on heavy materials, I would shoot for a Heavy Duty Singer or equivalent. Metal frame, piercing power, ability to handle multiple thick layers. There have been a few models out geared towards cosplay/couture that have the aforementioned traits in addition to no "speed limit".

Quality clothes can be accomplished by hand, they just require quality fabric and a lot of time/skill. How you wash, maintain, and store your clothing also affects its lifespan.

Sewing machines are sold anywhere you find craft supplies/yardage.
