Hiya,
So my family and I (parents, siblings and their families, my own small family) are looking for around ten acres of land in the NC area. That's where we all reside and have been searching for a few years, this last year has only made things harder!
We've been mainly looking in the mountains/foothills but anything we do find goes too fast for us to make a move. Or is WAY too expensive.
Ideally looking for land with at least one structure in place. Some of us are able to build homes, some of us aren't.
Also, our budget isn't the highest and a loan/rehab loan is a big possibility.
We are open to Eastern TN, Southern VA, possibly even WV!
Just opening up the channel to other resources besides gd Zillow.
Any leads, ideas, tips, cautions, what have you, are greatly appreciated!
