Roasted tomato soup intended to feed 4 with bread
12 large tomatoes
2 onions
2 sticks of celery
2 tiny sad carrots
2 potatoes
Bunch of fresh basil

Roast for 20 minutes
Put in soup pot with water simmer until very soft

Pesto and tomato sauce

Pesto
Equalish parts herb of choice (Basil), nuts of choice (cashews) and Parmesan, glug of olive oil. Blend into a paste.

Tomato sauce
Tin of chopped tomatoes, Italian herbs of choice (Basil), table spoon sugar. Boil together for 5 minutes.

Some of my berries are frozen as I picked them over two weeks from the same tree and even managed to leave some for the birds. Now to decide what to do with them all.
