Just thought I'd take a minute and Introduce myself.
I'm a licenced Red seal brick and stone mason and Refractories specialist, Everything from ceramic blanket to high density castable material and gunnite applications..Hopefully learning to Ceramic weld this year
I live and work out of the Waterdown Ontario area.
I found this Forum when doing some research on Rocket stoves onlline and LOVED IT!... Love the whole concept and Idea, it's very simliar to a masonry heater, yet very economical
I'd love to help anyone build one of these projects or simply chime in on any questions from time to time..Be it motar mixes, cleaning of old brick , sources of reclaimed brick for projects , or any masonry questions?
I'm pondering the idea of putting one in the basement of my new home..Selling the wife on it may require help
