Beautiful. Just gorgeous.

I was out that way with family just last summer, and it's definitely worth the drive.

I would totally pack up and move out there, but unfortunately, I would require bank involvement, as I am not independently wealthy.

I guess I'll just put that in the same category as the Blueberry Farm in Annapolis Valley, NS.

Good luck. I hope you make out well, and find someone suitable to steward the land.

The less bank involvement the better. Less impositions, less interest, making the corporations wealthier,....
Have you considered instead to get friends or relatives on board? If you are good with or are on social media, this property could pay for itself in 5 years of less.
