Looking for that special couple that can take advantage of a unique offer.
We own 36 off grid acres in northern AZ. and would like to have another couple here to share and to help us. In return, the lucky couple gets a place to live, grow their own food, have animals and be happy. You must have an income, have a truck, be around the same age and have your affairs in order. You must be able to take care of yourself financially and physically - independently, no exceptions, please.
We are 50 and 60, ex-military and a teacher, both in great shape and healthy. You need to be the same. We are both educated, and into health, physical activities, arts, music you get it. Peace and love here, so obviously no extremism of any kind and no drama. No drugs or heavy alcohol use, 420 ok. Contact us here if interested. Thank you.

No relationships, just a cool couple to build a self-sustainable enclave. No matter what, we want like-minded people here anyways. no intentional community as of yet.

Whats up Gene.    How has it been for you and your partner thus far??    How far off from a 'Bigger' City are you?    Just curious as I am a Teacher as well of the job oppurtuinties.

What kind of 'help' are you looking for? home building? Earthworks? GArdening? TRee planting?

DO you have any pictures of your place?

How is your Water supply/quality?

We are a bit younger than what you seek (in our early 30s) but it woud be nice to know for other potential people.

Good Luck.

Hi, boy are we late answering you, hi Ben! Sorry about that long delay, my apologies, we have been doing fine thank you! We are a couple of hours from Gallup New Mexico but we are in Arizona, close to the northeastborder to NM. The reason in our attempt to build a community is to have others around, to enjoy company,  and to build an small community of good and decent people who together enjoy the safety that it provides.

As far as the type of help, there's no specific need of, but rather, that ideally we could build a community that its members provided for "everything" that the community needed, be it, building, growing or animal husbandry.

The water is good to great quality and it comes from a community well, we eventually would like to dig our own water well.

Thank you!

It looks like it's time for me to write you a reality check! Or maybe a tiny ad!
