I find that mine fluctuates wildly depending on diet. When I was eating 100% plant based and mostly whole foods, my psoriasis basically went away. Now that I'm eating animal products and significantly lower quality food than I was previously, it's come back with a vengeance. I'm not sure how much of it is the foods themselves and how much is just the poor quality of the food sold in supermarkets here. That's part of the reason I'm focused on growing the bulk of my food.
My doctor wasn't surprised that my psoriasis went away on a plant-based diet, though, since that eliminated most of the pro-inflammatory foods from my diet.
As far as treating the symptoms... 🤷🏻♂️ I've never found anything satisfactory
enough to continue to use it.
