We have a bunch.

I let the boots rent them out for cash.  The boots fork them over and then the boots make sure they are clean, dry and properly put away.  I tell the boots to keep all the coin.

$20 per thing.  It doesn't matter if it is for a day or a few months.  It's really about cleaning it, drying it and making sure it is properly put away.  And if there isn't enough coin on the table, a boot might feel like it isn't worth doing.

There was one time somebody was picked up at the airport and they said "let' stop by REI on the way."  They picked up a bunch of stuff, used it for their stay and donated it to wheaton labs before going back to the airport.  Nice!

So if somebody is here for the two week PDC and they want a tent, a pad and a sleeping bag, that's $60.

Sound reasonable?
