Home scale version: create power by whatever means available and install a dehumidifier.
My dehumidifier is
Energy Star rated but is still power hungry. 420 Watt (nearly 10kWh a day if on all the time) can produce 40 liters a day.
The 1000 liters per hour figure, if scaled similarly to my setup, would imply that 100% of the power produced by the turbine goes to make water.
There is no free lunch. You either make water, or power, or some fraction of both.
