I am in desperate need of getting my butt back on track with my eating. I started paleo in Oct 2012 and was faithful for about 9 months. Then I found myself cheating more and more often. I am just now getting over about 3 weeks of being sick (cold with two types of the flu thrown in ---- UGH!). I KNOW that I need to kick the sugar habit so I have decided to do the Whole 30 which is basically meat, eggs, veggies and low-sugar fruit. http://whole30.com/

I'm throwing this out here because I could really use some accountability and I wonder if someone else needs that too. LMK.
