Land access strategies

Hey guys I've been trying to list all the available choices when it comes to the accessing land.

Unless you inherited or somehow been given a piece of land, the biggest question of them all is how to get that desired land.

People will say there are more options then I listed but I didn't want to include handshake deals as an viable strategy.

They've worked out very well for me.

I'm taking Geoff Lawton s online pdc and he talked about community land trusts being the best avenue toward eco village establishment. But He also mentioned how difficult it can be to live in intentional human systems.

that is right Tim, maybe land trust is the easiest way but the complexity of relationships between people is what makes it harder than just going on your own.
