Hey everybody,
I found this site via
Jack Spirko's
TSP forum and just listened to the podcast with Paul, which was outstanding. Haven't had much time to lurk & get up to speed - work deadlines - but thought I check in before going back to reading.
I'm starting from scratch in Southern Utah at 6200 ft. Our house is banked into a hill, right where the wilderness meets a mountain meadow. Lots of rocks, pinon, juniper, oak and ponderosa pine. Down by the creek there are cottonwoods, Russian olive, willows and cattails, to name just a few of the cool things already thriving here. The possibilities are endless and my biggest challenge is going to be pacing myself, letting it evolve and not run off madly in all directions.
