You would need at least a 20 HP engine, so many engines are available. (750 watts per horsepower). Kubota is a nice small sized engine that can be found in many applications besides their tractors (welders, compressors, etc). Refrigerator trailers for
tractor trailers use diesel engines to cool the reefer box as they are called and would work well in your application. They can be found at salvage yards or used trailer places.
By Bio, I assume you mean biodiesel because if you want to run biogas, you would be better off with a
gasoline engine. They can be converted to run on biogas very easily. In fact I have a 1943 3 KW 3 phase generator that can be run on gasoline or propane (biogas).
