We're in SE MA, in Medway. We're just starting our homestead, We have owned it one year this weekend. It's right on Main st, so it's not "ideal" but I don't think anything is when the price is right. We wanted not to be too far from My husbands work so we chose a less rural location. It's definitely a work in progress and may continue to be for many years to come. Unquestionably a labor of love!
