Will check out the links! I have a sunmar 3000. Flies are under control at the moment but are these mites appropriate for a sunmar that is contained indoors. Mine sits on the first floor in a discrete closet while the receiving bowl is directly above on the second floor. No water so dry flush with a straight vent pipe without a fan.
