This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in earthworks.

To get certified for this BB, post pictures or a video (2 minutes or shorter) that demonstrate the following:
- make 100 feet of proper road
- must have a crown or other form of drainage
- must include side ditches where appropriate
- seed disturbed soil

I made my 860 ft driveway using a bulldozer to scrape off the topsoil and build up gravelly pit run from on site in areas that needed more elevation for better side ditch drainage, seeded exposed soil, covered the entire length with hand picked rocks from the pasture, then covered that with a layer of course crushed rock track packed with an excavator, and then put a finish top layer of 3/4" minus crushed crowned and then compacted with a roller.
