I came across a large patch of nettles and harvested a few leaves. It was the perfect cold and rainy day in the Pacific Northwest for a cup of hot tea! I also added some turkey tail mushrooms I found, however, I didn't get photos of harvesting those.

Here is my submission for the Foraging - Sand - Make a Cup of Tea BB.

With over 100 acres to steward, and only about 5 acres fenced, there is a lot of land to forage.  I found wild strawberry plants - some were flowering - to harvest for this BB.  Flavorwise- I found the tea was very earthy when hot and mildly earthy when cool.  

To document the completion of the BB, I have provided:
 - A picture of one of the plants in the wild
 - A picture of the harvested goods with the remaining plant in the background
 - A picture of the yummy tea in a cup

I collected dandelion and clover flowers and mulberries. I got the tea started and then realized that I had not met the requirement for at least a cup of foraged goodies so I foraged wood sorrel and added a cup of sorrel to the tea. It was a delicious combo.
