I soaked and cooked 2 cups of oat groats in the instant pot, using the slow cook method. Here's 2 cups, I also added yummy carrots, raisins, cinnamon, and nuts for the carrot cake recipe I've got. Next morning, we had a yummy breakfast!

I have a small rice cooker that can only cook up to a cup and a half of grain. As it's just two of us in my place it works for us. However for this, I've included photos from two different days so it comes to at least two cups of long grain rice.

2 cups uncooked rice.

This is my first attempt at a BB. I’m wondering if it really is this simple to submit an entry.

We've been doing rice regularly the last few months, but this was the first time I took pictures to post for the BB.

Submission flagged incomplete
My submission for a BB:
google photos

I put chicken thighs on top (stacking functions). I cooked on high for 3-4 hours.
The need for water is even more reduced. I only used cups for two cups of rice, but the finished rice was a bit on the soggy side. Not too bad, just a tad much water.
