This is a few day old guinea. The toe is swollen and the tip/toenail are dead. Some limping when it walks. What would you do about this bad-toe situation?

Could let nature take its course but it's getting pecked at and pulled by other keets so I'm trying to decide if there's a cleaner way tend to this like dipping and clipping.

Here's a happy "nevermind!" It either got pecked off or fell off or somewhere in between. Came off cleaner than I thought it would.
