I tried a link that doesn't work

I am trying to figure out if this is the correct pace to mention it.  

So I was on the forums and pressed the "home" button on the top right of the page and ended up here,  https://permies.com/   and as you scroll down, it has a box on the right that say "permaculture Freebies" and you can scroll and see 4 options, one of which is " Rocket mass heater plans : 6 " annex variation"  and when  I click on the "download now" button, it takes you here :  https://richsoil.com/annex-plans.php   where it says if you are signed up for the daily-ish email you just need to put your email address in and it will take you to the download page.  But, it doesn't.  It takes me here,  https://permies.com/forums/email/subscribeEmail   where it has an alarm box and the words " You are already signed up for paul wheaton email "  --

Hm. I don't know what is happening there. I followed your pathway and got the same results.

I have let our experts know there appears to be a problem with this. Can you tell us which browser and operating system you are using? Sometimes these are contributing factors to... well... technical stuff I don't understand!

I am using OS X El Capitan  and the Firefox browser.  But, you go what I got
