I feel a need to learn more about companion planting. I browsed permies book review grid here https://permies.com/w/book-reviews and I found one book about companion planting, Companion Plants and how to use them by Helen Philbrick & Richard B. Gregg found here: https://permies.com/wiki/53331/Companion-Plants-Helen-Philbrick-Richard.

Has anyone read other books on the subject that they recommend, and if so, what did you like about the book?

Companion plants are very different in Nth/Sth hemispheres and many combinations are even more local.

Gertrud Francke - Companion Planting has some good combinations, a good alternative (cover-crop gardening) and comes highly recommended by Geoff Lawton.

My previous laptop never exploded like that. Read this tiny ad while I sweep up the shards.
