I have 4 hens, 2 RIR and 2 BR. One of the BR just doesnt seem to be developing as fast as the others. The other 3 are laying and have developed combs/waddles. I noticed that she doesnt eat and dig as much as the others, she just kinda hangs out near them or rests. She doesnt appear to be sick, she jumps around like the rest and acts mostly normal. She almost gets pushed out of the eating area by the rest and she is very schitzy! Any ideas? I got all of them at the same time this past May.

It is perfectly normal for animals (of any species) to develop at different rates. It sounds like she is at the bottom of the pecking order.

The saving grace is that she may still be laying long after the others have petered out. The fast developers (the precocious ones), usually turn out, in the long run, not to be the most productive.

First to lay, first to crow
Might be great if raising to show,
But not worth their feed
If raising to breed.

I would agree - she sounds like she is bottom of the pecking order. If you are unsure it might be advisable to worm them if this hasn't been done recently and maybe give them a tonic such as the oregano oil one.

I use a mixture of DE, garlic powder, and chili powder in their feed to dew orm them, so I dont think she is sick. Shes definitely looks like she is at the bottom of the pecking order based on behavior I see.
