Post a photo with "Building A Better World in your Backyard"

Thought it would be cool if people posted photos with their new books! I got mine today and was honored to see a sketched photo of my cob house on page 131. Thanks Shawn and Paul, what an awesome project!

I have a feeling that I don't count... but Raven took this picture of me earlier today. Given that I usually run from the camera, I think she did quite well.

The Permaculture Picture Challenge thread got me taking a picture "with" my book! Well, my little mini-me that I made for my daughter posed with the book, but that's beside the point!

Buyng 1 book is like canning one can of pears. Both are meant to be used, saved, and given away!

I got my book!! Well, sort of....

The signed first page of my personal copy of the book. I will lend it out to as many friends (and friends-of-friends) as possible. And maybe I'll write an article on the book for the Dutch Permacultuur Magazine ... (I suggested it, waiting for answer now).

Here's a photo I posted a few days ago in a FaceBook group focused on financial independence and homegrown goodness.  The post was really about my shagbark hickory nut haul this year, the best I've ever gotten.  However, I thought I'd casually slip the book into the background of the photo.  :)  

Well done on the book fellas. I've just started skimming through it and it's well done!

I already posted, but I was going to show this this book front and center on display at the library. As I type, copies are slowly trickling across the state of Montana into the public libraries where they will definitely be picked up by a mixed crowd.  As there are many users here on permies that are not in Montana, I encourage you to purchase an extra copy and give it to your local library as many library users have probably never heard about permaculture.

My box of books has arrived!

I'm busy earmarking most of them to be given away, but one of my pet dragons is guarding this one...
