I was sitting inside last night listening to the rain. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

What made it even better was knowing that it was watering in some of my seeds I had planted a few days ago. I don't mind a heavy rain, and actually really enjoy them, but knowing that this gentle rain would steadily water the seeds without washing them away was extra relaxing and peaceful.

Sometimes the simplest things can bring a lot of joy.

I am with you, brother - trying to get some new pasture seed going myself, and my cool weather crops enjoyed the splash last nite as well!  Just checked today, and the grasses and clover In the pasture are coming on!
