I am absolutely no expert. However, looks like peach leaf curl to me. Look it up and see what you think. You can use a copper or sulfur based fungicide if it is.

I am also not an expert, but my peach trees get peach leaf curl almost every year.  It doesn't look like that.  The leaves actually curl up,  your tree has a very mild case, or it's something else.  If it is peach leaf curl copper wont help at this stage.  The copper needs to be sprayed 3 time, and I always forget when to do it, it's something like early winter, late winter, and just before the tree buds out.  The good news is peach leaf curl will correct itself  the infected leaves will fall off and the tree will produce new ones.  The tree will still produce.
This link has good picture, and advise on what should be done.  I hope it help.  Good luck.

I have plenty of other trees, shrubs etc.. no problem. When i had checked the soil a few years back i think i was somewhere around 6, i remember it was in the middle of almost everything i wanted to plant. I have sandy soil. I have another peach tree, 2 each of pear, apple, cherry and a fig as well as shrubs. but i'll look into it ty

All lawn fertilizers are high in Nitrogen and are quick release. You may also want to place a good sized stone on the south side of the tree. This will keep the root temperature constant and moist.
