Depends on the symptoms. Ginger as a general help. I also use fennel seeds for bloating. Marshmallow
root or slippery elm for burning sensations. An oatstraw lemon balm infusion (steeping 4+ hours) for spasms, a tense stomach, and to increase fluids to help move things along.
