Anyone know anything about eating japanese knotweed? I know it's edible, but does anyone have a decent recipe for it? Any comments would be helpful. There's tons growing near one of my lilac bushes and I feel like trying it out.
Hey Craig. I know that Japanese Knotweed is a source of resveratrol. People who drink red wine may do so for their health.
Supplement companies don't usually use red grape skins as their source, they use the cheaper source- Japanese Knotweed.
