I have been moving my Jerusalem Artichoke abundance to make hedges on my property lines, along a ditch and privacy screens from some loud neighbors across the field..as well as putting a few in the woodsy edges as forage for critters as well as hedges to hide some brush piles (that I leave for critters)..

I had been communicating with someone on another forum about this and they sent me this link to some photos a hedge made with Jerusalem artichokes, made me glad I put in the effort..beautiful.
