I did a quick search and only saw a couple of topics mention grounding yourself to earth by walking barefoot/hands in the soil/using wire to physically ground yourself out while sleeping in bed, etc.

I just watched this documentary last night, and found it to make a lot of sense.  Considering the human body is just a piece(s) of the earth, and considering we're the only animal that I know of that insulates ourselves from the earth more often than not, I think it's worth trying out.

Here's the free documentary on youtube about it.

I've read how good it is to have your hands in the ground digging around in the earth/gardening, and this documentary elaborates on that.
