Earthing/grounding your body to the earth for health documentary on yt.

I did a quick search and only saw a couple of topics mention grounding yourself to earth by walking barefoot/hands in the soil/using wire to physically ground yourself out while sleeping in bed, etc.

I just watched this documentary last night, and found it to make a lot of sense.  Considering the human body is just a piece(s) of the earth, and considering we're the only animal that I know of that insulates ourselves from the earth more often than not, I think it's worth trying out.

I've read how good it is to have your hands in the ground digging around in the earth/gardening, and this documentary elaborates on that.
