Thanks, Kevin and Leigh
As it turns out the pineapple doesn't stick to anything once they are pulled apart.
The raisins turned out to be cranberries. I wondered why they were so tart! Too hard to pull apart from each other without becoming a mess. I am thinking of rolling the clumps in either sugar or powdered sugar, would that work?
I might try taking some clumps out and leaving them on a tray like I do to dehydrate herbs to see if that helps.
