I sooooo.... wish they'd delete this whole concept. I'm not sure it had the power-saving that it was intended to have in the first place, and with our current electricity-based lighting - including incredibly efficient portable lighting, I think the upset to our body chemistry isn't worth it. The chickens can't read a clock!!!

Oregon has voted not to do it anymore. We're waiting for Fed's permission....
