My Portabello Experiment

I got some portabellos today from the store with particularly spawny root balls, so I stuck some in some coffee grounds and threw them in an empty coffee tin and some in an egg crate, put in in my closet and I am going to check on them moisten their chambers and whatnot. Temperature is right around 75 degrees. We will see how it goes!
