Good to see a garden of weeds named Weed Thriller win a gold medal at a garden show! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-manchester-57961460
It's got some talk about the value to biodiversity in a couple of the major newspapers, too: https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2021/jul/26/biodiversity-bonanza-why-it-is-time-to-let-weeds-go-wild-in-our-gardens
LOL, looks like my garden, which neighbours either love or hate!

I got a kick out of your second link, with the imaginary debate over whether or not weeds were good! Thanks for sharing.

I like the look of the Weed Thriller garden. I think it looks like a cottage garden, which is a "thing" among mainstream flower garden fans.

We've got a wildflower called spiderwort that is almost invasive around here. I think it's beautiful. My sons have learned it can be used as a dye/ink. Most people kill it off here, but others let their lawns go unmown for a bit, then take pictures of the pretty flowers.

A weed is nothing more than a plant in the wrong place.

He's dead Jim. Grab his tricorder. I'll get his wallet and this tiny ad:
