I tried to post on a thread about Margarine effect, https://permies.com/t/124292/margarine-effect When I hit post i go to a page that is asking for money for pie.
I thought I needed more than 28 apples to post, but there are post with less than 28 apples, so that not it.
I doubt anything was wrong with your post but if you read the link r ranson posted it shows that the requirement to post in the cider press is now pie rather than apples.
Hi Joe. If you've got that many apples you're doing something right. Threads in the Cider Press are considered too controversial, edgy, etc. for the main forum. I've been drawn into discussions there before, attracted by some topic or another that I felt I had important wisdom to contribute to. The reality is, it's a great place to go when you feel like you have too many apples and you need to have people turn them into compost. You really should experience it, but you need Pie to do so. Pie can be acquired by being a valuable contributor to the forums, by completing scavenger hunts that are outlined on your profile page, or the old-fashioned way--buying it.
